As District Manager, James oversees overall operations for the company’s ECHO Suites properties in Colorado. He began his hospitality career in 2016 as an Assistant Manager with G6 Hospitality in the Denver metro area. After transitioning to independently owned and operated hotels, he quickly advanced to General Manager and expanded his experience across additional brands, including Choice Hotels and Extended Stay America. Along the way, James developed a reputation for improving profitability, strengthening operations, and elevating guest satisfaction.

As his career progressed, James traveled throughout Colorado, California, and Utah to oversee major initiatives, including property renovations, staff development, operating-license compliance, and quality assurance assessments.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, James brings a practical understanding of hotel operations, team development, and guest-centered service to each property he supports.

James oversees newly constructed ECHO Suites properties throughout Colorado, supporting successful openings and guiding each hotel toward strong operational performance.

Outside of work, James enjoys exploring Colorado’s outdoors, hiking mountain trails with his pup, Sissy, and spending time with family and friends over great food, golf, and Denver Broncos football.
