Gulf Coast currently manages 14 Choice franchised hotels of both the MainStay Suites and WoodSpring Suites brands, and 6 Wyndham franchised ECHO Suites hotels.  Our footprint spans from North Carolina, to Utah, and from Michigan to Florida and Texas.  Gulf Coast is excited to be working on development and construction of 25 ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels over the next 5 years.  We currently manage six of the first operating ECHO Suites locations and are the largest franchisee for the brand. In addition to open locations in Texas, hotels are currently under construction in Colorado and Florida as well as additional locations in Texas.
