Gulf Coast currently manages 17 Choice franchised hotels, of both the MainStay Suites and WoodSpring Suites brands.  Our footprint spans from Connecticut, to Utah, and from Michigan to Florida and Texas.  Gulf Coast is excited to begin development of a minimum of 25 Wyndham “Project Echo” extended stay hotels over the next 5 years.  Our initial sites are under contract in Texas with plans for Colorado, Florida and more!
