As District Manager, Leonard oversees multiple hotels throughout Texas, drawing on more than 30 years of hospitality operations and sales leadership experience. His career began at the front desk of a Comfort Inn and Suites while he was studying at Texas A&M University. Since then, he has managed multi-property hotel portfolios and worked with several major brands, including Wyndham, Choice, IHG, and Extended Stay America. Leonard is known for improving profitability, strengthening guest satisfaction, and leading regional and district-level operations in competitive markets.

Leonard brings a hands-on leadership style rooted in front-line hospitality experience, with a focus on supporting hotel teams, strengthening operations, and creating positive guest experiences across the properties he oversees.

Outside of work, Leonard enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, being outdoors, and photography. He and his wife, Cindy, look forward to celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary in January 2027.
