In his current role as District Manager, Miguel oversees multiple properties in Texas.  Miguel started his hospitality career at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in 2012, as a housekeeping manager and has continued to grow and develop throughout his years in hospitality with multiple management companies. Miguel prides himself on building a good foundation and overall Team culture which has helped turn properties around. 

Outside of work, Miguel loves to spend time with his family, attend live sporting events, and loves to travel. Miguel joined Gulf Coast Hotel Management in 2025 and resides in Houston, TX.
